Our team is supported by amazing volunteers whose contribution spans across the organisation.
Most of our volunteers work directly in our peer-led youth groups with LGBTQ+ young people alongside our professional youth work staff. Other roles undertaken by volunteers include supporting our fundraising and governance through various subcommittees and working groups.

We are currently recruiting Youth Engagement Volunteers!
The role of our Youth Engagement Volunteers is to assist and support Belong To’s youth workers to engage young people in our weekly groups. These groups meet in the evenings, Monday to Thursday, in a Dublin city centre location.
Hours: 2-3 hrs weekly/fortnightly (evenings)
Supported By: Operations Department, Youth Work Team
Term: 12-month minimum ask
Starting Date: September 2024
Application Deadline: Thursday, 1 August 2024.
