Inclusive Workplaces: Online Training
Find out how you can support your colleagues and team members to create inclusive workplaces and better understand LGBTQ+ topics.
Delivered through a mix of engaging videos, quizzes and a comprehensive training booklet, this unique e-learning module allows participants to complete the training in a one-hour block or complete it in stages at their own pace.
Topics covered include:
- The lived experience of LGBTQ+ people
- Language and terminology
- Understanding bias
- The business case for LGBTQ+ inclusion
