Caroline is a senior member of the fundraising team at BeLonG To.
Having worked in the not-for-profit sector for the past eight years for organisations such as the Peter McVerry Trust and Engaging Dementia, Caroline has an in-depth understanding of the lived experiences, barriers, and inequalities faced daily by marginalized groups and underrepresented communities in our society.
A passionate advocate for equality, diversity, and inclusion, she delivers campaigns and educational workshops to organizations across Ireland to improve awareness and understanding of the LGBTQ+ community. Caroline shares passionately, insight from the frontline at Belong To and her own personal experience as a member of the LGBTQ+ community.
